Returns & Exchanges

At Shoe Market, we want you to step out in confidence, which is why we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn footwear. All returned items must be in their original packaging and include all tags to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print Your Label

  Once approved, download and print your prepaid shipping label, ensuring it is securely attached to the outside of your original shipping box.

• 3.
  Pack and Ship

  Place your unworn shoes in their original shoebox and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of receiving your label.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  After our warehouse team inspects your return for quality assurance, your refund or exchange will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
